Level

No technical skills are required. The training is accessible to both beginners and users already familiar with LLMs, whether Copilot or ChatGPT. Access to a Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required (usually provided by your organization).

Introduction – Generative AI & Microsoft Copilot
• Reframing generative AI and Copilot: positioning, how it works, and the M365 ecosystem
• Security, confidentiality, and compliance: how to protect your company’s data and yourself
• Best practices for effective and responsible AI use in a professional environment


Block 1 – Copilot for communication & writing
• Write, rewrite, and improve professional emails in Outlook with Copilot
• Create internal notes, memos, and structured documents in Word
• Adapt tone: simplification, stylistic refinement, and empathetic communication
• Translate and adapt content for different languages or markets
• Practical exercises

Block 2 – Copilot for analysis & synthesis
• Automatically generate meeting summaries and action points from Teams meetings
• Summarize long documents and extract key insights
• Compare offers, product descriptions, or reports using AI
• Analyze data and create reports in Excel with Copilot
• Use Microsoft 365 Chat for document search and synthesis
• Practical exercises


Block 3 – Copilot for internal communication
• Create structured and enriched PowerPoint presentations with simple prompts
• Generate professional visuals using built-in AI tools (Designer, Image Creator)
• Use Copilot as a strategic assistant for solving complex internal challenges

Training certificate : A certificate of completion for Microsoft Copilot training is issued after the session.
