FIAE stands for AI Training for Businesses. It is a company that supports organizations in the practical integration of artificial intelligence through consulting, training, and the implementation of solutions.
FIAE is led by Jean-Baptiste Gerberon, a consultant and AI trainer with over 20 years of business experience, ranging from startups to large groups such as Decathlon and EssilorLuxottica.
We focus on general-purpose conversational AI solutions and specific consumer-facing solutions integrating AI. The goal is to bring simple solutions to complex problems in order to facilitate adoption within teams. We therefore combine technical AI expertise with business expertise to help companies turn AI into concrete results.
We support organizations with more than 10 employees, across all industries.
We mainly operate in French-speaking Switzerland and Haute-Savoie, but we can also support organizations elsewhere in Europe.
To ensure interactivity, groups are generally limited to around 10 participants per session.
